Nine years in 8 post season wins in SBC tournament. Really can’t spin that into a good thing.
Nine years in losing record vs top 150 can’t spin that into a good thing.
So what does he or she have to say about those who aren't millennials? I'm not in this generation but I'm at a point that I have decided to not further my financial support of the program. This is not to say that I won't carry a high level of interest for the program, watch on TV and attend certain home games from time to time but my donation level has ceased.
Well I wasn’t sure so.
Exactly what does holding somebody accountable mean if the job isn't at stake?
All I know is he shouldn’t have had an extension worth a net five years.
Well, by creating a list of what we want out of our program with definable criteria that need to be met, we can hold him accountable if he doesn't reach these goals by NOT giving him extensions, raises and more job security if he fails to meet them as well as communicating our expectations so that all know if he is meeting them or not. Since you aren't going to fire a coach for one bad year or one year where you are snake bitten by injuries etc., you identify expectations over a 3-5-10 year period of where we expect to be. This can include levels of fundraising he has to meet for his program, recruiting success etc.
