And kicker extraordinary Brett Baer,https://articles.nola.com/nobowl/ind...brett_baer.amp
And tight end Green. Hudspeth was handed some really great players.
And Bill Bentley
And Melvin White
I would actually agree with you on this. And I will say that I believe Maggard is completely happy with the job Marlin is doing considering his willingness to extend him and his public comments about those extensions stating that Marlin is running a clean program. He is obviously showing what is important to him and building a program of excellence is not that priority, at least not right now it isn't.
So what I want to know is what exactly is your position on the state of our basketball program? You argue for pages with the people who are critical of Marlin but then you say you are not a Marlin guy. What exactly is your opinion of this program? I will share one thing with you. While I was watching the game on Saturday night, I can honestly say I wasn't even ____ed. The reason I came up with was that its something that honestly I've come to expect in some ways and I know, from speaking to CajunsMike, that it doesn't matter what I feel or say anyhow as Marlin is not going anywhere. It is that apathy that I was feeling which is what is holding this program back. Marlin has so much job security that there is really no result that will hold his feet to the fire no matter how good or bad a season is.
Wow!! Trying not to call you names. But neither paragraph is accurate.
No one could come up with the example I was wondering about.
I should have said despite losing in the tourney and th LSU, we still had a good team. Instead of saying” I don’t care if we lost, we were still a good team”
Have to be very careful how you word things here, people will spin it however they see fit to argue.
Pay attention to this conversation folks. Jacob81 is the predominant attitude of our social club fan base for basketball. The same 1500-2000 will show up to the dome, no matter who the coach is, no matter the quality of basketball, no matter how schltty the league is, no matter who the NAIA opponent might be... and the staff, admin and boosters know it.
We are stuck in cement for a reason. This thread is exhibit A.
Did Mike Murphy just say, "we are everybody's big game?" LMAO!!! I hope Schultz laughed at him.
