I'm thinking that if Leger is who they want, they probably had a real good idea he will take the job to move on Guidry this year. Otherwise, they probably could have waited another year and that short term goal of being here would be gone.

Most of us expect Napier's time here to be short.......short because he'll hopefully soon be a hot commodity......which will be good for our program. Having his staff poached by offers to move up....position coach to head coach for example........at the end of the day, will also a good thing because it sends a clear signal that our athletic program is successful.
