Yes, I saw that, but still. Reminded me of one of Elijah's highlite videos where that linebacker from Ole Miss chased him down from a long way behind.......something very few linebackers could do.

one is 2019 Northside (LA) DE 3-star DE Billy Sonnier. and just to let you know how well our recruting is going , i found this from last month in a miami write up.

"I'd say they're my number 3," Sonnier said on UM. "The list in order right now is LSU, Georgia, Miami, Clemson at number 4, Louisiana-Lafayette at number 5, and Louisville at number 6. Every time I get another offer, though, I look at it different."

and he has posted that he will release his top 5 tomorrow. i know a lot can change in a month and a half, to his top 5

I love the class distribution. 3 from Acadiana, 4 from New Orleans, 2 from North Louisiana, 1 from Dallas, 1 from Houston, 1 from Pensacola, FL and 1 Arizona JC (from Barbe in Lake Charles). Our coaches are getting out in the field and covering a large recruiting area.

His list and actual offers are not entirely the same thing. He does not have offers from LSU, Georgia or Clemson at this time, although he has them at the top of his list. They may be on him, but he has no official offers from them as of yet. Many kids say things like here is my list of schools, but most of the time they may not have offers from some of the programs on the list.

At this late stage.......naming 3 schools in your updated final 5 that have no offer extended is a bit odd. What you have is a final 2 and your wish list for 3 others. JMO.

Maybe it's me, LTURd & Tulane not often mentioned by any of the top 75 Louisiana HS recruits. Especially in the 25-75 group where G5 recruiting is typically more prominently seen. Billy & staff is by far the Alpha leaders this year.

LSU to their credit is doing very well, already up to 18 commits.....if they get a few more of the 4/5 stars yet committed that have LSU high on list......top 5 very likely.
