Couldn't buy a three even in the first half when we were fresh. I was afraid of this after everything we threw up went in yesterday.

What part of that IS on Marlin?
what he said. What is the number one thing we do well? Rebounding (out rebounded by 9). Whats the second best thing we do well? Free throw percentage (81-63% UTA). Our best penetrator to the basket (Stove-out), best defender/rim protector (arguably stove, but probably Gant-out). Our guys had great looks at time that didn't fall, and rebounding is about effort. I don't see how any of this is on Marlin.

This isn’t an advocacy post for his future here..but everyone said the same thing about being a forever mediocre team under Marlin before this season...

Sorry, no it wasn't! It may have been the team with the best regular season record ever, but it's not close to the best team ever. It's not even arguable! It didn't beat teams like Minnesota, Georgetown and Houston. There have been a hand full of teams with less wins that were way better than this team. Perhaps you aren't old enough to have seen them play.

That's true. And we're playing zombie basketball for 69th place.

I wasn't old enough to see them play. All I know is they have the most wins in our history along with best record at home ever.

Doesn’t matter on here...just like it is for MBB...they will have “lucked” into the dance by having 1 “lucky weekend”...

Didn't Marlin say a couple of years ago that the only thing that matters is winning the conference tournament?
