I wonder how many of the 5G & 5G were the same people?

I think the difference is room for growth.

Not many "families" can afford 2 expensive outings in the same week.

In house Cajun Dome concessions could go a long way towards making multiple weekly basketball outings a lifestyle event.

You can divide the total by half (home games) but 35 games a year today, vs 25 total games in the early 70's makes going to every single game a little harder. And that's before the "stay away" concessions sign.
I agree that in house concessions are a good idea, and that a family outing to a game can be expensive. But the game was at 2:00. Why not just eat lunch at home and avoid the concessions? Never understood why you have to eat at a game.

I just get frustrated when we play like that. Projecting ahead, we can’t make these mistakes and go on these prolonged scoring droughts. We will not be able to compete with good teams that way. For those that are happy running through the SBC (not you Mike), I’m sorry my comments offend you. For the rest of us that want to do something special in March, these are points to be aware of.

I agree, there was plenty to be positive about yesterday. I just know these guys are capabale or playing a complete game, a next level of Cohesion and organizational offense. Taking care of the ball, not reaching in stupidly. I know what these guys are capable of and it’s frustrating to keep watching and waiting for that complete game we all know is coming.

That said, I’m ready to see how it shakes out.
I’m all for looking and planning ahead...but it’s also important to live in the present and enjoy the ride we’re currently on being its unprecedented.

That is a great plan (good idea) for future 2pm games. Doable for most 7pm games a well.

I think I'm going to pig out on popcorn and candy before my next movie.

I never buy anything at the dome. Not in the pass and for sure not now. I bring a bottle of water laced with a flavor aid in my jacket. The water comes from my frig. tap and the flavor aid from a pack that cost about $1.50 with 20 refill.....if the workers at the concession stand would be staring at a blank counter for several games, maybe, just maybe the cost would come down. I know all of you know what a strike will do......

It’s crazy to think that if the Dome charged “ONLY” $3.50 for a small bottle of water, everyone would think they are getting a bargain based on what the price is now! 😂😂😂

I think they should charge $2 MAX!!!

    I went to look yesterday.

    Bottle water $4.75
    Fuze Tea $4.75
    Powerade $4.75

Now shouldn't the water be cheaper than the other two?

Concessions are cheaper at Cajun Field, the Tigue and Lamson. $3.00 for a water and 6 for a domestic draft. Why is it so different at the dome? I think the Tigue still uses Sodexo, what about the dome? They setting their own prices. Not questions really directed st you Dre, just piggy backing off of your post.

Dome concessions are independently done by Artisan. All others Sodexo.

I refuse to pay nearly $5 for a bottle of water. That should buy me a case of at least 24 bottles of water.
