This seems odd to me to have your head S & C coach also your associate HC. I've seen coordinators named as Associate HC but never the Strength coach.

FSU strength coach, Vic Viloria put his home for sale 7 days ago. He is considered one of the best. Doesn’t seem strange that Jimbo is taking him with him.

That's not necessarily a worry at all. I've complete confidence in Napier. He's vetted this coach to his satisfaction. Why would you be concerned on a non issue?

You could have equal concerns based on any level of movement, non movement. What is your Goldilock length of staying?

At Georgia and Texas A&M there were HC changes, so that explains those two situations. He stayed at Alabama under Cochran more than a few years to learn under a great S&C. I see no problems with his resume.
