Kendall will be very successful as a head coach. If the rape scandal doesn’t happen at Baylor they very easily could have been in the playoffs the last two years. The talent was that good. I would rather have him than applewhite. The briles offensive system is the best in college football today in my opinion.

I've asked a few people that might know. The numbers I'm getting are a base salary between $750-800k base, with incentives that would exceed Hud's yearly income...

I don’t want to deal with someone like that again.
After further review, I'm hearing some unflattering things about Canada as well.
4 jobs in 4 years already throws up a caution sign IMO.
Canada may not be for us.

    Good OC. Terrible personality.

I'm thinking a head-strong, know-it-all, micro-manager might just be what this program needs.

I think his switching jobs was more about his climb up the coaching tree. I've listened to him talk, and he didn't seem to be anything but a nice guy. But if word is that he's got interpersonal skills issues... we can't afford it. I wouldn't ditch him based on problems with Orgeron... or anyone else at LSU. If this personality quirk can be verified from his past assignments... it would be helpful.

I remember reading on TD when he was a candidate for the LSU OC job that guys on there kept mentioning that he was rumored to not get along with the head coaches he worked for, except for Pitt and NIU (maybe because nothing was ever mentioned about it). Wisconsin, NC State and now LSU are jobs he has had bad relationships with the staff.
