New Swamp Turf Coming for 2017 Season

Hey turf looks great and hopefully will play great and help prevent injuries. Did anyone see the bent black fence in the north end zone towards the home side? Wonder if that panel will be fixed prior to opener also?

I always thought we should include some type of roof on the east side. The roof wouldn't have to extend too far, maybe 1/3 to 1/2 covering towards the top step of stadium seats. It would finish off the "unfinished" look that we've seen forever and it would provide shade and cover for the folks sitting on that side. I wonder if that has ever come up? If done right it could really enhance the overall look of the stadium and in the scheme of things, probably wouldn't be too costly.

I think the issue would be the only shading for afternoons on the stadiums east side would be when the sun goes behind the upper deck on the stadiums west side. BTW, the new TMF@RP looks pretty sweet.
