Play: June Jewel Classic

PICK 4 TEAMS IN THE NCAA BASEBALL TOURNAMENT. This is a continuation of UL at Bat but you need not have participated to play in the June Jewel Classic.
UL at Bat participants did gain pre-points going into June Jewel. BabbforHeisman was the regular season champ and has 12 points going in. To view all other pre-June Jewel Classic points earned go here LINK and look in the far right column. Points earned were based on season finish plus a point for each inning (or portion) left on the table.
It is simple pick 4 teams from the field of 64, any seed you like. Going into the Super regional you will get 1 alternate.
- When your chosen team wins you get the point value of their seed. 1=1, 2=2, 3=3, 4=4
- You also get the inverse point value of the team they beat. For instance if you chose a 4 seed and they defeat a 1 seed you get 4 points. Defeat a 1=4, 2=3, 3=2, 4=1
- Example: When combined a 4 seed beating a 1 seed would be worth 8 points.
Here is how points would be earned for each game.
1 defeats a 4 = 2
2 defeats a 3 = 4
3 defeats a 2 = 5
4 defeats a 1 = 8
1 defeats a 3 = 3
1 defeats a 2 = 4
2 defeats a 4 = 3
2 defeats a 1 = 5
3 defeats a 4 = 4
3 defeats a 1 = 6
4 defeats a 3 = 6
There is no penalty for your team losing other than they are eliminated at the same time they exit the field of 64
You must make your picks prior to the time of the first game on Friday.
