Hosting would have been great, but that's a good draw. LSU-BR is not really scary. McNeese State is a good opponent, but if we win that, going to Tallahassee and winning is doable.

I certainly agree, and am thrilled we aren't going to Tallahassee after crushing the pretenders over in BR.

It's just that this whole power 5 conference thing is really getting stupid. It's so self-perpetuating it's not even funny.

If your poor finish and RPI ranking (#18) does not get you a national seed ... you can fall back on an 11-8 record vs. the RPI Top 25. The power conferences get multiple options ... whatever works.
