They are cleaning the brick right in front of the close up camera now. They are making quick work of it. they need to clean up the ground in the area and place concrete for walks. After they do that it will start to look like a finished product.

I wonder if they are waiting until the sidewalks are done to install the limestone all along the base, like in the renderering and that would match the smaller line just below the windows....I think a continuous line looks sharper than just over the pillars. JMHO

I assumed that was going to be stucco to match the color of the stone but you may be right. It wouldn't match the texture for sure.

I think what you see is what you get. The bottom of the brick wall looks like a finished product.
