Looks like they have enough steel to start erecting on the area of the foundation and slab they just placed. They have more foundation and slab work to do on the first base line.

Could someone explain why there appears to be footprints in the finished concrete? I'd expect it to be smooth, or is there going to be another surface on top of this? I think think this areas is under the steel framing, but it still appears unprofessional to not be smooth.
