I'm hoping this transfer doesn't divide the locker room and create the same type of lack of team chemistry situation as last season.

Unless our coaches have been coaching 5th grade girls, I think that won't be a problem. Any player on our team that doesn't want his team to succeed needs to leave immediately. I actually think that once Jennings is in the grind with everyone, if he's good at his role, it will create better team chemistry.

If it would then we are recruiting thin-skinned, hypersensitive and mentally weak athletes. Winning should be the only thing they are concerned with. If Jennings gives them a better chance to win, they should be all for it.
