Boston College just beat Tulane to claim regional title.

I checked the scores earlier on D1 Baseball and they had one box score showing Tulane leading 5-2, and another showing BC leading 6-2 in a different inning. Only by looking at the play by play could I figure out the screwup. They finally corrected it.

I had at Tech fan tell me via pm that, yeah, Goff's overuse of Clancy early in the season probably contributed to his injury and that it would likely come back to haunt him recruiting pitchers. He also said that pitching has been a sore spot for them for a long while. Refreshing to hear the truth from one of them.

Of course, he added a disclaimer: All coaches do it. I told him otherwise.

It's refreshing to look at how Coach Robe approaches the game. It's all about the kids well-being first and foremost and that's why he gets the players he does.....that and the fan support.
