Well, what FBS offer would have an immediate opening and close enough for his parents to drive from Katy, Texas? And offer his graduate program? And run a system he fits? With a good chance to step in and play in 1 year? That kind of limits the possibilities. I'm sure the guy is tired of waiting just wants to play.

I doubt vicinity to his parents played a major role in Haack going to NWST.
What was his graduate program you speak of? If NWST has it, I'm sure almost every school has it.
Yeah he is tired of waiting. But coming off of only one season as a starter with a 4-8 record, I highly doubt that he had a bunch of options coming his way.

The graduate rule requires you enroll in something that your current school doesn't have, so no...not every school would apply. NWST state does not have a returning or incumbent starter, that is a pretty big deal when you only have 1 to play 1. Not sure where you're getting at me bashing him? Never said anything negative about the young man.

Last week I asked what his options were and you said "not SLC" schools. Well...something changed, no?

Just curious of his intent out of HS bc a lot of people criticized Hudspeth for "wasting" his time. But as great as he was in HS, if he limited the potential schools to offer him to a handful, IMO the blame doesn't fall squarely on Hudspeth.
