Slappy, I firmly believe that if the defensive scheme [or one very similar] that we ran against Nevada shows up in our regular season, we will be a very dangerous team.
We don't have to be a HUNH offense, but I fully expect the offense to be much more open and to utilize much more of the field than we have in recent years, and I believe this will result in higher scoring for us. Couple that with an aggressive pressure D and we will be one of those teams nobody wants to play.
If we play another year of soft zone coverage, I might give up on football all together. That was intensely painful to watch.
