If he grows the RCAF than he has succeeded, if we get enough money to pay for all of the upgrades we are shooting for, he is a success. If he is out in the community bringing in big time donors he is a success.

If he does all of those things within 3 years then yes. I would say he is a success. Get us to a $30 million budget and fully fund Phase II without bonding out funds he would be a success in my mind. Do that in less than 3 years and we would be golden.
