I gave him a 6 because all I know about him is what I've read here. I hope he's a mover and shaker and meets with the coaches very soon because, while his reporting duties may be to others, he'll be working for the coaches in my opinion.

Over the past few weeks there was a ton of noise from people about how terrible this hire was going to be. But now that we know who was actually hired, I'm really curious to know how the entire UL community feels about Jim Harris.

On a scale of 1-10, how good of a hire was it?

I rate the hire grater than 1, but less than 10. My actual rate is a ? Haven't seen anything objective about his actual performance. He was released at USF. Did not impress the new guy enough in a house cleaning. I get that. But it's just another ?
