Houston. This is s BigBig recruiting area for us.

Let's get Shreveport a domed stadium and we could alternate between the three.

Here are the places that I have been that I have liked:

Steak: Fogo De Chao, Saltgrass, Texas Land & Cattle
Tex Mex: Mamacita's, chuy's (for the jalapeņo ranch dip), Lupe Tortilla, Irma's by Minute Maid Park.
    Burgers: Langford's, Bernie's Burger Bus, Beck's Prime.

If near 610 N. near Yale, you must go to Just Mac. It's a gourmet Mac and Cheese place.

    Steaks.... Perry's, Willie G's, Vic & Anthony's, Eddie V's or Capital Grille.

Seafood.... Goode Company Seafood, or Trulucks.

All are very good but not necessarily cheap. This list could get long.

How about Dallas? Two hours further than Houston, Two hours closer than San Antonio, and AT&T Stadium has the retractable roof! I choose Houston as far as a Town with Many Cajun Fans and potential recruits, Dallas because of facility and theme parks, San Antonio would be 3rd with nice fun stuff to do out there also.
