I meant if Drew would get injured and couldn't play. Yes, Brees does make mistakes when he tries to rush throws. Usually because of OL injuries or the Saints are behind in the 4th quarter or playing aggressive defenses like SEA or NE or wide receivers/TE dropping passes (which happened a lot last year)

And Pete Carroll was there running the same offense in 2006?

Like I said before, you truly get to see Wilson's talent when the play breaks down.
I thought we were talking about current ELITE QB's. And it's a completely different system. If Tom Cable heard you say that he would strangle you until your eyes popped out.

Flynn played well in a two game stretch. Games that were meaningless to the teams playing in it. That's a terrible example and you should be ashamed.

How are you so sure it would collapse without him? There has been zero evidence to make that point? It's just an arrogant statement.

Bruh… lol the point I was trying to make was combatting what Jeb was saying about Hasselbeck being under the same system to take the Hawks to a Superbowl… I forgot he lead them to the Superbowl that year, but I was positive he wasn't under the same system…

No, we are talking about "plug and play" quarterbacks. Quarterbacks that you can plug into a game and the team would still have success.

Flynn in 2013 started 4 games and played in 5 for GB. He passed for 1,146 yards and 7 touchdowns.

In the Saints offense, Colts offense, Broncos offense and Patriots offense, remove the starting QB. How much success will those teams have offensively? Campo seems to think that if you remove Brees, the offense will be OK because of Peyton's "system". I disagree.

Well then there wouldn't be a need for RP and all message board then...

It's just my opinion, arrogant or not. Healthy debate.

I never mentioned anything about the Colts offense or the Broncos offense. I think Payton Manning and Andrew luck are both ultra talented QBs. I do think the Patriots offense is a system offense that could be plug and play.

I have not read most of these post and probably won't. I gather the gist is that people know what will happen next year. All that tells me is that you do not watch the NFL. Remember last year when everyone was making fun of Dallas, calling Tampa a dark horse and annointing the Saints champs? All horribly wrong. Let's see how this plays out. Payton is a proven commodity as an offensive coach. Defenses can change dramatically from year to year. One thing is for sure, almost all of the predictions made on the thread will be incorrect. I have no idea what will happen. I think that is what makes the NFL so fun.
