NEW ORLEANS - The Saints have agreed to a trade that would send tight end Jimmy Graham to Seattle, along with a 4th round pick in exchange for center Max Unger and a first-round pick.

Is there a puke emoticon? I ____ing hate this trade. Unger was a great center...but has been a massive health liability over the past two Super Bowl runs. Now we need a Center. Tight end...great we have one of the most dynamic TE's in the game...but their offense needs a blocking TE...Jimmy don't block. I saw that the Saints will eat $9 million of his cap hit this year so his contract for Seattle is pretty decent over the next three years. I still hate this ____ing trade.

Scary to think what he is capable of in Seattle though

Paid too much last year. Had to they would have lost him, now we get value. I like it.

But it's not a Tight End offense. I'd love to eat crow on this, but I just don't see how it helps. Unless he becomes a Wide Receiver. I feel sorry for the Saints with Unger. That guy is a great center...but I think his body is made up of those vanilla wafer cookies. He will look so great...and be limping or grasping a part of his body and you won't see him for 6-8 weeks.

Trading one injury prone player for another so we get your 1st round and you get our 4th... I like it

That sounded a like like Grham the past two years.

And the Saints eat all the cap space for his signing bonus. I'm gonna miss Unger...but I won't miss Unger getting hurt by breathing. If Graham produces what Harvin did...three straight Super Bowls?

We were gonna eat it anyway, this doesn't scream money to me, locker room and injuries... Ever since he got his payday all he wants to do is fly his plane. I'm actually looking forward to Brees not staring him down every play or him running around as a decoy with one arm held against his body. Who knows, might work out for both teams. Also makes sense if saints want to run ball more.
