I looked just at errors.
The Cajuns through 8 games have 15 errors (1.875 errors/game). Combined, opponents have scored six runs off of errors. Only in the McNeese game did the runs off of Cajun errors "cost" the victory. In the other games, the runs off of errors would not have changed the winner/loser (this analysis does not take into account if an error left runners on who would have scored later in the inning)
Last year, the Cajuns, in 68 games, had 56 total errors (0.823 errors/game). The Cajuns didn't get 15 errors total until the 20th game of the season, against Nicholls St.
The Cajuns, based on the remaining schedule, are on pace for 103.13 errors for the regular season.
