What about the renovations to the cajundome? I haven't heard anything about this in a while.....does anyone know if is still on board for this year?

Part of what is cool about the Cajun Dome at least when I am pumping fans up and recruiting new fans is, these new Additions and renovations of the dome, I ADD to the Overall Athletic Complex expenditures! Adding some $20 Million to the Complex, brings it up to $150 Million, when counting Softball, IPF, and what was already done to Baseball and Track!

Just in case you haven't noticed. They have almost all of the roof on the section immediately adjacent to the IPF. The walls are skinned along the Cajundome Blvd facade and they are progressing with the skin on the Cajun Field side. This means that they should have this section of the building out of the weather very soon.

Do you think they will start interior work on these parts while they erect other parts of the project?

They already started putting up the partition walls. Once the entire building gets skinned we won't be able to see too much because most of the work will be inside.

If you look closely at the job camera you will see the area with the high roof adjacent to the IPF is two stories the are with the low roof is one story. The area that has not had the steel erected is going to be two stories.

I wonder if anyone has the floor plans? Not the ones with master plan, but the finalized ones? I even posted a request on the UL athelitcs site last week, but have not gotten as response yet. Nothing on the architects southwest site either.
