I'm sure with respect to construction and getting the business to locate in an area you may be right, but I'm sure the number of high paid employees who pay local and state taxes would be the positive result. Also, in the long term businesses grow and become more involved in the community. I'm sure this will be a big draw to our computer program at the university along with any new Tech business we can get to move here.

Boomer, didn't those plans include the City participating in building an entertainment center around the athletic complex area with apartments, hotels, restaurants, bars, shopping?

----Not sure but I think that the building on the UL property could bring in both commercial and residential rental money----So depending on cost and repayment we would have a steady income flow forever and that is very good!!!
