I think his dad played for us back in the 90's. Kelcy Dotson??? I may be wrong. If I am right, this kids dad is yolked, so he has good genes.
Geaux Cajuns
I knew Kelcy while he was coaching at East Iberville. He's a great guy.
Good to see he's at PHS now. Also glad to see we have opened the pipeline at Plaquemine High again. They have at least one D-1 prospect every year. Remember Brian Mitchell was also from PHS.
Great story
Welcome Kevin, thank your mom and dad for raising you through High School to have a good academic background 3.0 average, able to get a D1 college football scholarship to a Top 40 Football program, pretty awesome! Best to you young man may your academics and playing time at UL blossom! Does your Twin play ball, is he looking at UL also? Would be easier for mom and dad to watch your games if you both played for the same team!!! Just saying!
That was before Plaquemine High offensive lineman Kevin Dotson made a play of his own, committing the Cajuns moments before the scrimmage. "They were out stretching before the scrimmage, and I went out and told a couple of the coaches," Dotson said.
Krrrrrrrrrrrrvrrrrn Drrrrrrrrrrtsrrrrrrn
Louisiana coach Mark Hudspeth probably figured his team would be responsible for all the big plays during a Saturday scrimmage. That was before Plaquemine High offensive lineman Kevin Dotson made a play of his own, committing the Cajuns moments ...
I wonder why the Advocate ran this again? Pretty old news. But always good to be in the news.
