Why do people say this? We don't line up and play them in the 13x loser's bracket. We'd only have to beat them once, and their sidearmer can't throw.

We've smashed EVERYONE ELSE they've thrown at us.

We don't have to beat them 14 times in a row. We have to beat them once. Since we've done that the last 13 times we've tried without fail, we have considerable assurance of history that it's rather easy to beat them once.

I'll take the 7 wins for our OWP, please.

This tourny is unfolding awfully. Ulm and Troy are the biggest RPI drains on the schedule, a loss to either could hurt us. Ulm winning today gets us closer to an 8th meeting, and troy winning yesterday gets them closer to possibly being our opponent in the championship. Right now, i want anyone besides those 2 teams.

It really hasnt gone that bad. Ideally, we wanted to beat ULM and have them win as many without us playing them again. That would now involve us winning and then TXST beating them, which is still possible.

Troy is a long way from getting to the Championship game. Hardly something to start worrying too much about. That one game didnt go the way we wanted for RPI purposes. The other 4 games that have been completed have pretty much gone the way we wanted.
