I don't know who to root for. This could be WKU's last Sun Belt sporting event and they would be sent limping into CUSA having not made any noise in any major sport during their last year in our conference. On the other hand, ULM is ULM and rooting for them is just nuts.

I have mixed emotions on this one as well...

It would definitely be beneficial to our RPI to have ULM win this one (7 games vs. ULM to just 3 to WKU)... Short term RPI gain and I would love to see WKU eliminated on their way out to CUSA... but I'd also love to see ULM eliminated...

ULM staying alive is risky as I DO NOT want to have to play them again. Do you know how difficult it is to beat someone 14 straight and 8 times in one year? HA! LOL! Seriously - I'd rather not take that RPI hit.

IF ULM does pull this off, Cajuns really need to take care of business tonight and rest-up till Saturday when they will hopefully play the depleted pitching staff of Texas State.

Why do people say this? We don't line up and play them in the 13x loser's bracket. We'd only have to beat them once, and their sidearmer can't throw.

We've smashed EVERYONE ELSE they've thrown at us.

We don't have to beat them 14 times in a row. We have to beat them once. Since we've done that the last 13 times we've tried without fail, we have considerable assurance of history that it's rather easy to beat them once.

I'll take the 7 wins for our OWP, please.
