I'm pretty sure it's because CST is a broader regional channel and KLAF is only local.

ESPN3 was blacked out for me for the WKU Saturday game a couple weeks ago when it aired on KLAF.

That's strange. I havent had a problem for nearly all the games, but that WKU game was one that I didnt try to watch online. I'm on Cox for my ESPN3 login.
