That is the logical move. Have Robe be the Associate AD for baseball and softball. Let him spearhead fundraising and assist in scheduling for both sports. Bring on Deggs as the new HC and keep this thing going. That would leave Farmer to handle football and basketball. Then bring in two full time fund raisers and call it a day.

Hell, make him the full time AD. I seem to remember a similar situation happened a little east with very positive results.

I am very apprehensive about about baseball guy or softball lady taking over as full time AD. Those two sports are so completely different from all the others that I am not sure they are symbiotic. He would be a hell of an AD and could be the mouth piece for the program. Farmer seems more like a behind the scenes kinda guy anyway.
