We should be worried that Montrel just tweeted out "time to get this money" to a signee.

I'm not saying I blame him but based on comments made earlier, he really wanted the UL offer and was going to commit the moment he got it as most of his interest was from in state schools. Also, you can still go to Med School from UL as many people go through our Biology program to get accepted. It is a common path. Hell, I've known people to go through Business programs before they decide to go to Med School.

Well no ____ you can get into Med school through UL. I know it's done by many. But if those same people were given the option of a free ride through either UL or Tulane for pre-med, you'd see a lot take the Tulane route. Especially considering someone like Leglue who is from CENLA and has no real ties to the university.

I'm just not going to act like he was hoping and praying for specifically a UL offer. He was most likely holding out hope for either UL or Tulane, and his comments after his initial commitment would have been the same if it was Tulane who made the first offer.
