I dont understand why our corners play 5 yards off and just keep backpedaling even if the receiver is running 5 yard curls

5 yards? Trim has been playing 10 yards off of Lockett and they still get open in the zone. What is the use of having a pass rush if you are going to give those types of cushions to receivers? Why not just play all 11 men in coverage? This defense is horrible and the coaches aren't helping them one bit
