In the past, they have gone with the previous year since most have not yet renewed. I still haven't gotten diddly squat from them about renewing.

BeauCajun had to tell them to call me when he did his renewal. If it wasn't for that I wouldn't have gotten anything either. I was going to give the woman on the phone a little 'tude for the RCAF dropping the ball, but she was really nice and I couldn't bring myself to do it.

Y'all should call and make sure they have your most recent contact info. It's quite possible they acquired a new CRM system and lost some contact info in the data migration - happens all the time. They always double-check with me every time I call to make sure they have my most recent contact info. Thanks for the info too.

They have my info. The woman called it out to me and I confirmed it. Both physical address and email address. The only new info I had to give her was my credit card number.
