The SHV Fairgrounds are beautiful this time of year!!! The refinery on the south side is all lit up like a Christmas Tree, the the barbed wire fences are decorated w/ Holly & Lights and there's definitely a Santa or two on the corner.

Someone answer this? Where do they get the money to pay for billboad adverstising like this. I have also seen billboards advertising to recruit students. I mean for a University on a limited budget, explain that one to me.
