After the money is collected and given to the Marshall Faulk Foundation, a spokesman will announce at a press conf. as to how the tickets will be distributed.
I will try to keep on top of that information and post it here. I know the guy who will be bringing the tickets to New Orleans on behalf of the Marshall Faulk Foundation and he is probably the one that will do the press conf.
You can thank the San Diego Community because it is a generous community but all the props on this one go to Marshall Faulk him self.
It is his Foundation, he is hands on in the operation, and he loves New Orleans. Hats off to Marshall Faulk on this great idea.
You know things were mismanaged... If ultoday finds it appropriate to make a negative comment! My brother and I felt that our purchase was screwed up and the entire process just did not make any since... After 3 weeks of being told to just be patient on several phone conversations because we knew something was wrong we finally got called and the seating assignments were not acceptable. I got on the phone and raised a whole lot of hell and it was recommended to speak with Scott about the situation. My brother then met with John Dugas in person due to Scott not being available. I must say... within a day John resolved the issue and I appreciate the problem being somewhat fixed. I also know and understand how the staff worked extremely hard and many long hours trying to get this done the right way, but I have to wonder how many other accounts were mishandled and most are not willing to speak up. In the future there just has to be a better way to accomplish this task in a timely/fair manner. RCAF donations should not be overlooked… I came very close to telling them they could forget about our current level of contribution as well as any season tickets being made in the future. Being a former UL athlete and Alum, I will always be a RAGIN CAJUN… but it is just very difficult at times!
Geaux Cajuns!
Here is the official wording on the info for this great cause...

Looks like the House of Blues is having an after party for us, ANYONE going??
I don't really have anything to complain about since I just found out that I will be able to attend the game. I just called a few minutes ago to buy tickets, and was also told that no 300 level tickets were being sold. He said I would be in the end zone most likely in the 200 level, which I am fine with. My question is this? At what point will we stop taking orders for tickets? If it is taking this long to call everyone back, and the game is only a week away, it would have to be really soon.
He did tell me that the number of tickets sold so far is over 17K. I'm still a little disappointed in the number, but it is what it is I guess. With the time remaining until the game, I don't see us selling over 20K. Hopefully, they'll learn from this year, and it will be handled much better next time around.
