Best thing I heard was, "you adjust your system to the players you have, then you recruit to the system you want to be". He isn't waiting to get his recruits to win, he plans on winning with what we have.

And he plans on putting a fence around the state and recruiting the state hard!

Wow! This looks like the guy we've always wanted. I hope we've got him tied in to a long contract. If he can do only half of what he talked about, he'll be getting offers from the "big boys" pretty quick........Unless we develop into one of the "big boys" ourselves!

So funny "Get home so I can start feeding you" I remember those days. I watched the Press Conference and was very impressed with our new football coach. So much energy I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!

Ummm, that was awesome. That dude gets it. He doesn't just want wins and bowl games, he wants top 25...and he wants to turn Lafayette into the college town it should be.
