And yet we have the best ERA in the conference. Hmm. Our pitching certainly wasn't absent the past 2 weekends or the first 2 games. Let's all overreact to one bad loss. Nevermind that we can come back and win 20-19 tomorrow and claim a shot at a regional spot. Hopefully the team doesn't think like some of us do. No offense meant to anyone personally. GEAUX GET EM BOYS!!!

Moral to the story boys and girls......If you are going to build your team around pitching, and you have none, you ain't making it out of any tourney alive.

I'm not sure about that. Hell, you beat us 4 straight, and this is one of our best teams ever (we've been to the NCAA Tourney about 10 times).

I was thinking about this very thing this morning. How likely we were to beat a team 5 straight times? Not very! Eventually the other team is going to win, even if you just seem to have their number.

Now we just have to start another streak against them...

That's why I posted what I did. Yes, we have a good ERA. What has that gotten us this season?

I'll reiterate. When you live and die by pitching, and your pitching is suspect, you will die in a tourney.

Overreacting? No. Merely stating the truth.
