I don’t think Louisiana has ever been granted anything in a capacity as a legacy . . . In fact quite the opposite - Louisiana has alway earned whatever it has received, including the rankingS - yes plural - for which it’s this year baseball team has been recognized

Based on this year alone, Louisiana should have been ranked three weeks ago.
