He has done some good things in the past, but his management model has directly led to the financial mess we are in . It does not work and seems incapable or unwilling to change or understand that a new model is needed in the worst way. Anyone could see when he moved to MH this would not end well. It's way past time for a change.

Moving the AD to MH wasn’t the best idea. Immediately, right or wrong, perception wasn’t great.

Moving him there to keep tabs on him created terrible optics.

Ultimately moving him away from the pulse of operations was a terrible idea.

Merry Christmas (thought I would start with a positive)

This board is full of demands but very lacking in solutions - did any of you ever think or realize that since NIL and free transfer implementation that the reason no one who post here have any solutions MAY BE because THERE ARE NONE - lesson - no other AD would do any better than Maggard is doing under the current financial conditions - with all the good he has done including but not limited to the hiring of DES as Louisiana’s head football coach should solidify his position and the position of Des as ONES that ARE not now nor will EITHER be on the hot seat in the relative near future and sources say that the financial stability of Louisiana’s football program is currently on SOLID GROUND - so, in order to avoid additional self imposed misery - GET USED TO IT - MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL AND TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT (and end with a positive)
