NFL isn't stupid.. They know damn well that the super bowl audience has no interest in watching this guy perform.
But they also know that picking him will drum up enough controversy and debate that they'll get a decent audience to hate-watch or support him...
What baffles me is that the people interested in the halftime show immediately tune back out when the 3rd quarter starts. So its not like the increased viewers helps advertisers
Also no surprise that NBC, who will televise the game, just had this doofus host SNL a few days ago
I'll never get the "anti woke " mind set. Does that make me less woke?
True. Im sure they know more than 3 days in advance who will host season opener. Super bowl halftime decision must not hqve been a surprise after all. Imagine that...media doumg something fake, whod have thunk it.
But he doesnt seem as the wokest of potential choices
I stopped watching the nfl with the kneeling and haven't really been back. I haven't missed it and I seem to have a lot more free time on Sundays!
Bad Bunny. REALLY? I may be out of touch but I won't miss anything by not watching.
I have everyone beat: i stopped watching nfl when the browns moved to baltimore....but also continued being stopped at all the other things mentioned
This is my take on the NFL, National Felon League, when they started their crap with their so-called social injustice protest!
I do not support any person, group, or organization that elects to issue a protest during the presentation of the American Flag and National Anthem. By doing so I find it to be offensive, disrespectful, disgraceful, classless, and Anti-American. You can protest all you like but find another platform and or avenue to do so! Not the American Flag and National Anthem.
Not sure of this is true or a by product of.something else or sarcastic....but many are saying they changed the mlb playoff schedule yesterday so the philadelphia mlb team would not have game at same time as phil. Nfl team..... anybody know?
