How do you know he's the right kind of talent?

I did a little research on Wilks. He averaged 19 ppg while leading his team to a state championship last season. Previous year, his HS lost in state finals. His Dad is an assistant coach with the Oklahoma City Thunder. I did notice he may be undersized but probably makes up for it with quickness. He had offers from Bradley, Oral Roberts, Rice, and Loyola of Chicago. I presume he will ink with us in the early signing period of November.
