Texas State University has moved to block the release of documents and communications related to their recent membership in the Pac-12 conference. TXST attorneys have asked the Texas Attorney General's office to issue an interpretation of the state's public information act law (TPIA) that would allow the university to keep these records secret from the public.

If they get $3 mil annually they will pay off the cost of moving and slightly exceed the 2023 SBC deal.

That is what I am saying.

By 2031 $3 mil PAC money would have covered the loss of the SBC $2.1 mil plus the $5 mil exit fee.
