I've been at it since 1989 once married and as a student before that time in the 1980's as a fan. I can tell you I'm not delusional, I'm just pretty much done with NCAA Sports. I think if you traveled the path of many long-time Cajun fans you would probably not care as much either. Whatever time I have left here on earth, it won't be spending my time stressing about what I can't change! At this point in my life, I'm going to enjoy wins and leave the _____ing up to others.

Very eloquent way to say what I’ve been trying to communicate. When you’ve been bamboozled, bull____ed and let down as much as a Cajuns supporter has, it’s easy to be objective about these things. The problem is you can’t get through to the stubborn ones still wearing their vermilion-colored glasses.

Louisiana Tech, a national research university with more than 12,000 students, joins Appalachian State University, Arkansas State University, Coastal Carolina University, Georgia Southern University, Georgia State University, James Madison University, University of Louisiana at Lafayette, University of Louisiana Monroe, Marshall University, Old Dominion University, University of South Alabama, University of Southern Mississippi, and Troy University as the 14th member following Texas State University's departure to the PAC-12.

I wonder if our AD or MH will demand Tek refer to us by our athletic branding......This will be the first test for UL to see if we have any balls.
