How will the colleges in lousiana split the tax money? Equal?

If this is a tax on winnings, to me that spunds different than gaming revenue.... but wouldnt winnings already be taxed under income tax, how will they keep it separate?
Also is the initial bet not taxed?? Maybe they should do that.

Plus there is the 22pct loophole, so not all schools will be allowed to pay the 20plus million for nil

I wouldn’t get too excited. Unless the bill setting this up doesn’t have language making the funds supplement existing budgets, politicians will do the old cut existing budgets by the amount of these new funds…like gaming was done. And no, I have zero faith these funds will be equally shared.
