Not quite understanding this. So they are mad about the 7pm start time? And they want to be known as McNeese, not McNeese State University, yet they want to ULL us to death.

Funny how the only people that have an issue with our name are the schools in Louisiana, outside of Lafayette. But the entire rest of the US call us Louisiana. How childish are these schools.

Looks like a member of the Davidson family (Acadiana High head FB Coach) that hates our university and athletic program chimed in and is excited for this game. Will no doubt be rooting for McNeese.

That’s Ted’s daughter. I don’t have anything nice to say about her so I won’t say anything at all. Now as for her father I will say there is a reason that it took us so long to get into the door with Acadiana high recruits and it wasn’t because we weren’t trying. Him and all his coaches viewed UL as “small time” while pushing his highest rated recruits to lsu or out of state. Then got mad when he pushed UL to take his FCS or D2 type players and basically got told no thanks. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree with his daughter.

My daughter went to elementary with Davidson's daughter. Visited him at home several times, as they would spend the night at each other's home. I haven't seen her in years, but Ted never gave me a problem even when I visited his spring practices. His view was no different than a lot of programs in the area over the years. STM was very similar at times.
