That's what we need, its a new age, need coaches that relate to today's players and get the community excited and involved. Look at our attendance Hud vs Napier. Boyd or someone similar would do what Hud did. It's not hard to figure out what we need for basketball.

Why do people around this program have such an obsession with former players coming back here to coach. This is a D1 athletic program, not 5A high school ball. Go out and hire the best coach possible.

If you’re talking about CMD, guess what. The event I sent to you he spoke at; made it clear he’s no longer a fan. Didn’t single out by name, but message was clear. Message to players is stay off boards and avoid certain social messaging topics.

We don't have the money or luck for multiple successful hires at the moment, IMO... With regard to football, we did when we got Napier's buyout, but squandered that.

To clarify: Your method is where we should be, but we have fallen off so far in FB, MBB, WBB that there's an added step to get there now, IMO
