That is because the TV rights/revenue those four you named dwarf all the others. The vast majority of professional sports teams have naming rights associated with their stadiums.

Naming rights is a must do for almost every college program, and especially in the G5. If not, the cost of tickets, parking, etc would be even more than it is now.

No. Wrigley Field is named after William Wrigley, who was the owner of the team when the name was adopted

Similar to the former Comiskey Park on the south side of Chicago, which was named after Charles Comiskey, founder and owner of the White Sox
