I quit watching because it is almost unwatchable. Between arguing over what is a catch or not. Defensive backs dancing around when they break up a pass, defensive people doing the same when the make a tackle, Receivers and running backs dancing around for making a first down etc etc. Doing all of that is exactly what they are supposed to do. Get up, get line up and get ready for the next play. Don't do the "look at me dance". Kneeling during the anthem was the icing on the cake for me.
The only time I might have a game on my tv is when I am scanning channels. The Taylor Swift thing is just an indication of the condition of the game today. Vince Lombardi would not recognize the game as it is today. That's not to say the NFL was all pristine back then (they treated their players terribly and paid them even worse). Today it's just a money grab, just like a lot of other "entertainment" outlets.
I'm with you on the majority of this statement. It's boring, too many penalties, and it seems like they review every other play. Not to mention the amount of really long commercial breaks. On top of all that, they're too political, and they clearly do not care about the condition of the game, they just want money. As much as I love football, and still watch the NFL, it is not as enjoyable as it was just a few years ago.
Relax. Have a beer. Have a whiskey. Have a burger. Have a dip. Have some ribs on the Barbie. Boil some shrimp. Enjoy the show. Ignore the side show. It can be done.

T Swift has been on screen an average of 25 seconds for the ENTIRE game!! And of the 3.5 hours of broadcast only 18 minutes are actually game play. Some Americans are crying about nothing.
Nicholson and spike lee paid for actual tickets.
Would she be there if she wasnt in a free private box
