CFB this coming season provides a path to the playoff. To secure the playoff berth, Goal No. 1 for a G5 is win its conference. With luck Cajuns make the Playoff any given year with a 13-1 record. Its not a lock if you run the table but odds are you probably make it. No guarantees, but either undefeated or one loss seasons or bust.

I keep seeing reports that Michigan State is still looking for an opponent because Louisiana pulled out to play Wake Forest. Doesn't sound like they were making room for a 9th conference game. Should be easy enough to confirm.
