Thanks, but not the point. Says he was already converted to WR. Wouldnt have thought they could conduct athletic activities until school starts, much less already have learned what is needed to know to have been converted to a new position.

Im still amazed how they get the applications processed in time and no other students on waiting list beat them out.

So just new people cant enter the portal, but everyone already in can still leave, so only the entrance is closed not the exit and thus title seems inaccurate.
